Be Strong International helps people build healthy relationships by teaching practical Heart Skills® that strengthen communication, rebuild connection, and support safer, more trusting, and joyful relationships. We support families through educational workshops, youth and parenting programs, community outreach, and family strengthening activities.

You can support our nonprofit organization by clicking the donate button. Your gift helps fund youth and family programs, including in-school and after-school programs, in-house visitation parenting programs, and family strengthening program activities for participants.

Heart Skills® are practical, learnable skills that help people listen differently, communicate with clarity and courage, and navigate conflict in healthier ways. They help individuals and families build stronger, closer, and more trusting relationships.

Be Strong International partners with local institutions to reach youth and families who may otherwise be overlooked. We also provide impact insights and reports that help community leaders, lawmakers, and organizations keep families and youth at the center of important decisions.

These trainings help teams build stronger communication, deeper understanding, and healthier workplace relationships. Benefits include more connected team members, increased productivity, and better communication across the organization.

We serve more than 500 families each month through food distribution support, and nearly 800 families through our Back to School event, helping reduce stress for families and support students with a stronger start to the academic year.
